Books

We take great care to ensure that every book is delivered in excellent condition. Because of the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on books.

Exchanges for Misprinted or Defective Books

We will only offer an exchange if the book you receive contains a manufacturing defect or misprint, such as:

Missing pages
Duplicate pages
Incorrectly printed pages
Binding defects
Significant printing errors that affect readability

To request an exchange:

Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order number and clear photos showing the defect or misprint.
Once approved, we will provide instructions for the exchange process.

Books showing normal wear and tear, minor cosmetic imperfections, or damage caused after delivery are not eligible for exchange. Please write to us at customerservice@cosmicprep.com.

Subscription Products

All subscription purchases are final.

We do not offer:

Refunds
Returns
Exchanges
Partial refunds for unused subscription periods

By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree that all subscription fees are non-refundable.

Subscription Cancellation

Our 1-month, 3-month, and 6-month subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date to prevent automatic renewal. Once cancelled, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current paid subscription term, and you will not be charged for the next billing cycle.

Cancelling your subscription does not entitle you to a refund or partial refund for any unused portion of your current subscription period.

By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree to these subscription terms.
