Account Requirements

An account is required to purchase and access any subscription offered through our website. If you do not have an account at the time of your subscription purchase, you will be prompted to create one during checkout before your subscription can be activated. Your account allows you to manage, view, and access your subscription benefits.

 

Anyone may create an account. Creating an account does not require the purchase of a subscription.

 

Books may be purchased with or without an account.

Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time.

 

Please note that deleting your account may result in the loss of access to any active subscriptions associated with that account. Subscription purchases are non-refundable, and deleting your account will not entitle you to a refund, credit, or extension of any subscription period.

Subscription Plans

We offer subscription plans for each of our digital libraries (Digital SAT Online Library and Digital SAT Focus Online Library). Each digital library has its own separate subscription, and a subscription to one library does not include access to any other digital library.

The following subscription terms are available for each digital library:

• Monthly Subscription

• 3-Month Subscription

• 6-Month Subscription

• 12-Month Subscription

 

All subscriptions are paid in full for the selected subscription term at the time of purchase. Monthly, 3-Month, and 6-Month Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period.

Automatic Renewals

Our Monthly, 3-Month, and 6-Month Subscription plans automatically renew at the end of each subscription term unless cancelled before the next billing date. By purchasing one of these subscriptions, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for each recurring billing cycle until you cancel.

You may cancel your Monthly, 3-Month, or 6-Month Subscription at any time before your next billing date through your account settings or by contacting us. Once cancelled, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current paid subscription period, and you will not be charged for the next billing cycle.

​

Our 12-Month Subscription does not automatically renew. At the end of the 12-month subscription period, your subscription will expire automatically. If you wish to continue your access, you must purchase a new subscription.

Subscription Access

Subscription benefits are available only during the active subscription period associated with your membership account.

 

It is your responsibility to maintain accurate account information and ensure that you can access your membership account.

 

Digital Library Access & Intellectual Property

An active subscription provides access to our digital libraries and their available content during the term of your subscription.

 

Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the content for personal use only. A subscription does not transfer ownership of any books, digital content, copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property.

 

Subscribers may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, sell, sublicense, or share any content from our digital libraries.

• Download, record, screenshot, archive, or store content for redistribution or commercial use.

• Allow others to access subscription content through their account.

• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.

 

Access to digital library content is provided only while your subscription remains active. Upon expiration or termination of your subscription, your right to access the digital libraries and their content immediately ends.

 

Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of your account and subscription without refund.

 

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

All subscription purchases are final.

 

We do not offer:

• Refunds

• Returns

• Exchanges

• Partial refunds for unused subscription periods

 

By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree that subscription fees are non-refundable and that no credits or refunds will be provided for unused time remaining in a subscription period.

Free Trial

We may offer a free trial that provides limited access to certain subscription content for a specified period.

 

Free trial offers are limited to one per person and/or account unless otherwise stated.

A valid account is required to access the free trial. By signing up for a free trial, you agree to comply with all terms, conditions, and usage restrictions that apply to paid subscriptions, including our intellectual property and content usage policies.

 

The free trial does not create a paid subscription and will not automatically convert into a paid plan. We do not charge your payment method at the end of the trial period.

 

To continue accessing subscription content after the free trial expires, you must purchase a subscription plan.

 

We reserve the right to modify, limit, suspend, or terminate any free trial offer at any time and to deny free trial access in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of our policies.

Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update or modify this Account and Subscription Policy at any time.
